U2723QE, cannot choose Yes in Menu option

Hi,

First things first, the system:

DDPM 1.2.0, A00 (Also tried the previous version)

Monitor Firmware Update A00-00, A00-00

MacOS Venture 13.6 M1 Max

This is the screen I'm getting:

Simply, these YES and NO are not clickable. Because of that, I cannot increase the power above 75%.

Any solution? Thanks in advance.
