Connect external USB webcam to U2723QE port #9
Connect Laptop #1 TB/USB-C to U2723QE port #5 USB-C
Connect Laptop #2 HDMI to U2723QE port #3 HDMI
Connect Laptop #2 USB-A to U2723QE port #8 USB-C upstream
