U2725QE, firmware M2T102 update failed via DDPM and standalone file

Hello,

I am writing to report a technical issue with my Dell U2725QE monitor. I am unable to update the firmware to version M2T102.

I have attempted the update using two different methods:

  1. Via the "Dell Display and Peripheral Manager" (DDPM) software.

  2. Using the standalone driver file "Dell_U2725QE_FWUpdate_M2T102_Windows.exe".

In both cases, the process fails every time, and I receive the error message: "Firmware update was not completed".

I have attached image for your reference showing the specific error message.

The monitor is connected correctly, and other functions are working fine. Could you please provide instructions on how to successfully complete this update?

For direct Dell Technical Support, on Monday, click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them. This will in turn generate a unique Technical Support case for your unique Service Tag.
