Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them. This will in turn generate a unique support case for your unique monitor Service Tag.

Go HERE. Insert the private monitor Service Tag number to check the warranty status.

I bought the monitor 2 months ago and have contacted the dealer. I want my money back.
* Dealer? Are you saying that you did not purchase this directly from Dell Denmark website?
* I cannot speak to a non-Dell dealer policy, but the Dell return policy prohibits returns after the first 30 days from the Dell invoice date.

* If you post the computers used, video card, operating system, how they connect to the monitor using which ports and cables, our users out here can assist in troubleshooting.

you link to a site where I can insert ghe service tag number but It seems It doesn't work

I've been through the process with your online support and it didn't work. I think the only thing that works is contacting my dealer for a full refund. I wanna buy a less bad monitor than a dell.
