U4025QW, MacBook Pro M4, restarts when plugged in

Hi Everyone,

I have a Dell U4025QW, updated to the newest firmware.

Sometimes when I connect my 16" MacBook Pro (M4 Pro) with the thunderbolt, it force restarts my MacBook. This happens a few times a week. Wondering if anyone has found a fix?
