Is it possible to use the Networker For Lotus GUI to perform Point-in-time restores?

Yes - check out the Lotus Notes Admin Guide on Powerlink at:
Home > Support > Technical Documentation and Advisories > Software ~ J-O ~ Documentation > NetWorker Family > NetWorker Modules > NetWorker Module for Lotus Notes > 3.0.x
On page 114, it details how to 'View Database Versions' and 'How to Change the Browse Time' while doing a recover operation through the GUI. This corresponds to what you are looking for I believe.

Thanks, the View Versions lets me see files that have been backed up. However, we have transaction logging enabled and a database only gets backed up during incremental backup whenever the DBIID has changed. Can I use nsrnotesrc command and in the configuration file have
NSR_RECOVER_TIME="a particular time in between backups"?
