You're right, the RMAgentPS didn't uninstall with the rest of NMM. I needed to uninstall after. Once doing this i was able to reinstall the latest version of the NMM.

Hello,

I've seen this error in rare cases that RMAgentPS was not removed completely and new installation ended up with the error you described.

Please check in Windows software management for any remaining parts of NMM installation, especially RMAgentPS component and try to remove manually within the software management tool.

The removal could show up some errors for de-installation was tried earlier already, may also tell you that there are some .dll or .exe files still open. If this appears a reboot will be needed to remove all components completely.

After that it should be possible to install the new version of NMM without further problems.

Hello

The solution was as described by chaud@iq3:

To manually run the RMAgentPS setup.exe in the ../rmc/ subfolder and selecting uninstall.

Thanks
