Hi,

Is the firmware up to date? Are there any errors in the logs? Did you contact your original case owner to tell them it is doing the same thing?

Hi, thanks for the reply.

Yes, it has the last firmware. I did the update with Dell support.

I bought the switch to Dell. I talked to them and after they checked the logs (show tech-support), they sent me a new switch. 

When it arrives, I updated to the last firmware.

I believe that it could be something related to power energy. But I'm not sure.

So, I ask to you if you suffer something like my issue.
