You can find the commands on page 153 of the S4000 series guide here, to enable and configure SSH public keys.

I apologize, the guide I gave you previously was for the N series not the S, the information you are looking for appears to be on page 765 here.

I apologize for this comment but I'm going to do it, you have to use the same syntax for all your switches, that's why I don't like your switches, you have to standardize this......
