Disable LLDP QuantaPlex T41S-2U hosts using Intel(R) 82599 Nics

Hello all!

I want to disable LLDP on my "incompatible" QuantaPlex T41S-2U hosts using Intel(R) 82599 10 Gigabit Dual Port NICs

I have 2x nics on the host:

vmnic0 0000:01:00.0 ixgbe Up 10000Mbps Full {MAC Address} 9000 Intel(R) 82599 10 Gigabit Dual Port Network 
vmnic1 0000:01:00.1 ixgbe Up 10000Mbps Full {MAC Address} 9000 Intel(R) 82599 10 Gigabit Dual Port Network 

What I noted is the Physical SW is MTU1500 - Possible Problem!

Intel suggest to make use of a BootUtil: to enable Option ROM

Intel® Ethernet Connections Boot Utility, Preboot Images, and EFI Drivers

Intel® 82599EN 10 Gigabit Ethernet Controller - latest Drivers & Software

When I boot, I tried the BIOS without success. There is other settings like Ctrl-S but not confident enough to enter those.

I do not have a good LAB to test

Any help is appreciated! 

I need to disable LLDP for Intel(R) 82599 in BIOS/on Hardware-level to identify Topology in vSphere.
