On link i see only ,not have S4148T-ON
PowerSwitch S3048-ON, PowerSwitch S4048-ON, PowerSwitch S4810P, PowerSwitch S4810-ON, Dell Networking Z9500, C9010 Modular Chassis Switch, Dell Networking S3100 Series, PowerSwitch S4048T-ON

I apologize, the S4100 series switches can run different operating systems, but not OS9 which I found the MIBs for. If it is running our OS10 you can download the MIBs from the OS shell from folder /opt/dell/os10/snmp/mibs/ or from the Digital Locker / support page with login.
