N4064F console does not respond

Question

I have a stacked of 2 N4064F running 6.5.4.10

master switch does not respond to remote connexions or to connexions to its console port

slave switch responds to its console port, saying that I need to connect to the master

Is there a way to solve this issue ?

Is there a way to restart the process dealing with admin connexions on the stack ?

Hello,

if you cannot connect to the master I don't see any way to gain access on it or restart process, the only way is to reboot stack. Then i suggest a version upgrade (last is 6.5.4.18)
