Problem with USB

Hello. I have problem with USB on switch DELL EMC S4111F. USB drive connect to USB port on switch (on usb i have file startup1.txt), when i do command 'dir usb' i see any files, but don't see my 'startup1.txt'. And don't work command 'copy' (I try to restore config). Do command: copy usb://startup1.txt config://startup.xml after I see communicate 'Copy succeeded' but don't understand why it's not work. Maybe I do something wrong ?

Hello, please make sure that the USB device is in FAT 32 format. And, Could you try like this 'copy usb/startup1.txt config/startup.xml' might be it works like that.
