Dell Latitude E6420 with DW1530 Wireless NIC Doesn't Recognize 5GHz Network

Hello,

I have Dell Latitude E6420 with DW1530 wireless network card that cannot see 5GHz network that my wireless router broadcasts. I tried creating 5GHz hotspot through my smartphone too but it does not see it still.

Also it cannot see 11, 12, 13 channels broadcasted within 2.5GHz network but I attribute that to the laptop being purchased in US while I am outside of it.

My main concern is laptop's ability to connect to 5GHz networks. I found information that network card is actually capable of connecting to 5GHz networks so I am not sure why mine can't.
