OK. The Chipset driver downloaded and installed fine. The network driver (R64645) returned an error on after creating the file. Error code 110. I'm assuming I downloaded the right driver. Checking my invoice I see I have integrated 10/100 ethernet.

By the way. I'm using a neighbor's computer to download these drivers. When I burned them to CD I got a message that not all of the files were burned but would not effect the file.  Could this be my problem?

Thanks in advance.

if you do the later, extract the files to a new folder.  right-click the ethernet adapter in device manager and choose to update driver.  point it to the folder where you extracted the files.
