Print problems with Dell V313w

I had a paper jam last week.  Cleared it out & after, I was able to print.  But after that, my printing started getting stuck in queue.  When I cancel the document or cancel all documents, it just stays in queue stating "deleting".  Then I can't print anything else.  Then I got an error message on my computer last night when printing that my printhead was not supported.  Have tried taking it out and cleaning it off, but since my printing still gets stuck in queue I don't know if the printhead issue has been resolved.  Help!

I also have had an issue with my computer freezing up on me a lot.  I have to sit & wait for it to be ok, or get a message that says the website is closing the session and I have to tell it to restore the session.

In the last batch of Windows Updates, Microsoft installed Internet Explorer 11. IE11 had been causing printer problems.

Open Internet Explorer, click on Help, then click on About Internet Explorer. It should show the version there. If you have IE11, then go to control panel, Windows Update, Installed Updates, look for Internet Explorer 11. Click on Internet Explorer 11, uninstall.

Restart the computer, when prompted. Then see if your printer works
