The page cannot be displayed for one specific URL

Question

My specific problem is that I cannot access one particular URL (ie.  any URL that has utoronto.ca within it). I can reach all other URLs but not this one. I get the message 'The page cannot be displayed : The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The website might be experiencing tech difficulties, or you may neeto adjust your browser settings' My son's profile(on the same computer) CAN reach utoronto.ca URLs but mine can't?!   Any ideas? My ISP has been checked and I have a new modem. help! thanks

yes I can reach other .ca (Canadian) domains.

look for 'mywebsearch' in ur add and remove programs. if u found it, u have to remove it from ur system. highlight it and click 'change/remove'. then reboot ur system and open an internet explorer window and check the specific website again.
