You will need to install the chipset driver first before installing the network drivers (wired or wireless etc.). To download these drivers you will need to visit this link: http://dell.to/2dDI5Kz and then enter your Service Tag from the system to get the exact drivers. After the chipset and network drivers for your system have been installed you should be able to get online and download/install the remaining drivers for the system.
