Dell Virtual Assistant (AI Chat Bot) Not Ready for Prime Time
The auto-reply posted by the Dell Virtual Assistant in Arvind Ranga -69's 28-Jul-2024 for support assist in the SupportAssist for PCs board:
"Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us. I’m your Dell Virtual Assistant for order-related queries. Unfortunately, our customer service is currently closed. We are available Monday through Friday. Please reach out to us on any of these days, and we’ll be glad to assist you. Thanks for being a loyal Dell Technologies customer."
I'm guessing the chat bot recognized the key word "support" because the OP added a space in the word SupportAssist (a common spelling mistake in this forum). If that's the best Dell's AI chat bot can do when a user requests assistance installing SupportAssist then it clearly needs more training before it goes live.
ASIDE:
I was unable to post this new topic until I chose "Tutorials & How To's" for the Topic field. The Topic fieid is now required and "Tutorials & How To's" is the only option available if you choose "About Dell Community" as the Category.

Then choose "New to Dell Community". Then start a Post there.
