Forum and Firefox broke again.

Forum throws me out after logging in. Say not authorized when I try to reply.

Firefox only, started yesterday.

Works occasionally though, usually doesn't though.

Ron,

I didn't realize it was locked, just scrolled looking for the users Error code there. I couldn't find a list of error codes for SA and what they meant.

I bow down to your WISDOM on Firefox...

I could tell something was wrong as I have on my desktop a URL Icon to get direct to this specific forum. When I had the problem, I got here, but when I went to sign-in, I had the Community page load. That was when I'd get the Authentication problems. When I did stay here after I signed in, I had no problem.

So, I decided to go to the Settings in Firefox, clear all DELL Cookies and Site Data, and then the Cache.

Well, working like normal now. Thank you for forcing me to do something, normally I'd only clear the Cache.

I should have put 1 and 1 together? Wife loads about 8 tabs when she opened Firefox. She wasn't getting them? So I showed her how to set the tabs up and save it as the way Firefox will load it when started. Happened to work fine. A few hours later it wasn't? Went back and looked... her Setting was changed. Somehow it was set to load last session? Unchecked that and all was well.

I don't know when Firefox was updated, but it wasn't that long ago, and maybe that was the real problem?

Anyway, thanks, and I think I'm good now.  Time will tell.

@ispalten   - The marked Solution in that (locked) thread says the SupportAssist "d___" errors are irrelevant and sooner/later Dell is going to hide them from the user...

Glad you realized 1+1 ≠ 3  and "fixed" Dell's forum for them....LOL
