There was an update to the Dell forum platform software in late August 2026 that as created several glitches.  Here are three examples:

 

Text of the original post in every reply is normal but the font size of text in all subsequent replies is too large.

 

Clicking "View All Badges" in the banner at the top of my user profile at https://www.dell.com/community/en/users/647bfef973f8a75250200900 re-directs me to https://www.dell.com/en-us instead of https://www.dell.com/users/647bfef973f8a75250200900/badges.

 

 

The "Last response by" username and date is incorrect when I view the list of topics in each forum board.  Instead of showing the username and date for the latest reply in the topic it displays the name of the original poster and date the topic was started. For example, if I sort topics in the Productivity Software board by Recent Activity the first sorted topic looks like this:

 

 

I've also noticed that the style of bullet points selected in the WIYSIIYG editor for a bulleted list can sometimes change after the reply is posted (something similar has happened before - see my 30-Oct-2024 topic Bulleted Lists Not Working Correctly in WYSIWYG Editor) but I wasn't able to replicate this problem today.  

 

The one example I can point to is the 27-Aug-2026 bulleted list I created in RomoSouthAm's New SupportAssist 5.2 Version - Asking and Failing to Update OS Recovery Plug-in, which was supposed to have an unordered bulleted list with the default bullet style.
