Regarding Dell Community Account (Assistance)
Hi Dell Community,
I had a old Dell Community account under JoJo810 with about two-three badges with year date 2024. However today I logged into my Dell Community Account and asked to set a username, so I typed in my username, and my old account did not appear and it generated me a new one. Can you advice what can be done to restore or transfer my account badges?
Also email tied to the Dell Account has changed as well.
Here is the profile related to my old dell community profile. I had this community profile since 2014.

Since you are using a different email then you would be creating a whole new account from scratch. We don't have a method to merge accounts at this time. I'll send you a DM with additional details.
