I'm sorry you were unable to get assistance from customer service. Please message me with your Dell order number if you still need assistance and I'll be happy to help.
I replied to you post and Dell deleted as I mention ways to go to get help. It's funny how Dell wants to censor things when they do nothing to help you. I said not wrong in my reply to your post and did not use any bad language and merely stated facts and issues and possible ways to get assistance from agency out there to help the consumer. If Dell provided assistance when it was required people would not have to go here and post or seek third party help. Truths the truth regardless if you censor my words it is out there for all to read and see on posts all over the internet. Free Speak is one of my rights and Dell will not censor my rights.
Dell is censoring truth. They deleted my reply about where to go for help as they were not assisting you and would not allow my msg to your. Free speech it's a American right! Nothing was said that was not the truth and no bad language was used. Dell justs does not want the work out on their poor service.
Dell-Debbie, if you still work there, I could use some help.
My laptop has been down for about a month now. That's one trip to Depot, Two In-home techs, and a second trip to Depot.
Now they say it's another three weeks for 'parts'!!!
I'm in school and HAVE to have the laptop. Why do I have a NEXT DAY warranty?
I've asked for a replacement or to put my laptop back together and return it to me. You should hear the laughter. Dell is the most arrogent worst customer service company ON The planet.
So...can anyone help?

Right pudgy, thanks. Because responding to a CURRENT theard gets you right to someone who helps.
And really, a new reply 'moves it up in position' So 'it's showing like a more 'recent' thread.
And I may post on a 4 yr old post today, if it allows me to vent and maybe get my laptop back someday. So you can stop tryin to be my guide, I'll be ok.

frad1,
Debbie left Dell a while back. She has freturned but under a different position. Replying to a thread that's ove 2 years old gets your post buried.
Try @DellCares or Contact Dell
This is mostly a DellUsers Forum.
