BIOS update fails
Hi!
Started my PC and found the BIOS recovery menu, tried to recover it following the guide on the site but the tool just seems to ignore my USB drive with the downloaded and renamed file on it, so the recovery fails. My PC is an Optiplex 7040.
Posting two pics too, even if they don't add much.

Disconnect all external peripherals except for monitor, mouse, and keyboard. Especially Bluetooth dongles can have a habit of interfering with BIOS updates for some reason.
Also, test or replace the size 2032 CMOS battery. Then perform using the blue jumper method: How to Reset Your Dell BIOS or CMOS & Clear NVRAM
Not sure why BIOS would need recovery unless it got corrupted somehow or if it's related to a bad battery.
