You need to get the micro motherboard that has the factory soldered PCIe slot. It is used to support a discrete video card in micro.  If you are based in US look for it on eBay. If you find one then just need to get an empty micro phase and power adapter etc. to assemble a complete unit yourself

If you plan to install a dGPU oem RX640 you also need a higher power 180w adapter.

You’re basically hunting the rare Micro motherboards that include the factory-soldered PCIe slot, so your best bet is grabbing a 7080 or 7090 MFF board with the dGPU markings on eBay since those are the only versions that support the slot.
