Dell Optiplex 5090 Tower 11700 drop-in upgrades?

I am buying a Dell OptiPlex 5090 Tower 11700 and I want to know if anyone is familiar with drop in mods like what can I get into it like a reputable power supply video card and sound card? Maximum RAM?
