Thank you very much for your support. I finally received the clarity I was looking for and now have a complete understanding of the situation.
I now understand that, technically, both power adapters are identical in terms of appearance, dimensions, connector type, and specifications. The only difference is that they are manufactured by different Dell OEM suppliers. They follow the same Dell OEM standards and are fully interchangeable.
We have a Dell OptiPlex 7080 as part of a UC Engine setup. The original HA130PM190 power supply became faulty, and unfortunately, we were unable to source the same model from our suppliers. However, the alternative LA130PM190 is readily available in the market.
I searched extensively for a clear confirmation on whether these two adapters could be used interchangeably, but I was unable to find a definitive answer. Thanks to your assistance, I now have full confidence that the LA130PM190 can safely be used as a replacement for the HA130PM190 without any issues.
Thank you once again (@redxps630 @DELL-ChrisM2,) for your valuable help and support. It is truly appreciated.

It often just means different Dell oem power adapter manufacturers such as Liteon vs Huntkey. These are made to same oem standard and interchangeable
