HDD not Detected while system format

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
What/Which HDD/SSD/NVMe?
Not detected by what/which OS, application etc etc.
AND why do you think it should be recognised?
