Help identifying correct part numbers for OptiPlex 3090 SFF original internal WiFi antenna

This is my first Community post ever, so please forgive me if I get anything wrong.

I would like to purchase the Dell original antenna kit for my Optiplex 3090 SFF, however, there are many part numbers out there and they all state they are incompatible with the SFF version.  I have looked through the guide here, but it is too generic to be helpful with the 3090 SFF and does not have a compatibility chart, so this was inevitably  help: https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-us/optiplex-3000-desktop/opti_antenna-ig/before-you-begin?guid=guid-1420810d-be4c-4f42-b363-aa23eb353c88&lang=en-us

My device has the dual knock-out round ports in the back and 2 separated additional slots under the front bezel that are labeled for Wireless antenna and ANT wire routing.  I would rather keep everything internal (under the front bezel) and avoid using any external antennas through the back ports if possible for my system, but either would work.  This is the EXTERNAL antenna I have found that should be compatible if using the back knock-out ports DP/N: 02KHRD, but please remember I am looking for the internal part number(s) for the appropriate antenna harness.  Like I said, I prefer the completely internal antenna option if it exists, but will be happy with the external if that is all that is available for my workstation.

Any assistance or direction would be greatly appreciated!
