Is an i5 4590 compatible with an Optiplex 3020 SFF

Hi,

I recently bought an Optiplex 3020 SFF and I wanted to give the computer a bit more of a power kick. The CPU that is already in here in an i3 4150 and I wanted to put in an i5 4590. I was wondering if this CPU is compatible PSU wise - will it have enough power to supply the i5 with?
