ended up shortlisting Tech Distributor after specifically looking for an authorized Dell distributor in Dubai that could confirm proper supply chain documentation on the units. not the cheapest option but for a refresh this size the warranty question feels too important to ignore.

What I actually want to know is whether anyone here has dealt with a real warranty claim situation on OptiPlex units sourced outside authorized channels in the UAE. Procurement keeps pointing at the price difference and i need something more concrete than 'it might cause problems later'
