Newer 2024 optiplex 7020 i5 14500 psu upgrade help
Can anyone confirm the adapter cable from moddiy for optiplex Inspiron 24 pin to 8 pin https://www.moddiy.com/products/4395/PSU-Main-Power-24-Pin-to-8-Pin-Adapter-Cable-for-Dell-Optiplex-Inspiron.html will work for newer 2024 optiplex 7020, just trying to make sure the 8 pins match before I buy atx flex 500w psu, trying to install rtx 5060, thanks

That psu is for tower and does not physically fit SFF.
Dell makes a newer semi-modular 360w psu that fits SFF

No that moddiy adapter is not c/w new Optiplex. It was for legacy Optiplex 7020/9020. New Optiplex pinout is completely different
you can only use Dell proprietary 500w psu for new Optiplex upgrade
It has 8+4+4 white connectors for motherboard and black connectors for gpu
