Hello. We have encountered the following problem: our school purchased AIO computers for students to use in classrooms. We are located in Tbilisi, Georgia.

It turned out that on one of the computers, a student set a BIOS password that we are unable to remove.

I tried to contact the support team, but I couldn’t find a way to send a message or start a chat. I also contacted the dealer from whom we purchased this Dell computer, but they told us they could not help in any way.

Therefore, I decided to reach out here for assistance. We would like to reset the BIOS password. I do have proof of ownership, but as I mentioned, I was unable to find any other way to get support.

The warranty expired on November 6, 2024, and I am wondering if this might be the reason why I am unable to receive assistance.
