OptiPlex 5270 All-in-One (OSD and second source)

Hello.
I've got two problems with new OptiPlex 5270 All-in-One (p/n 5270-4944):
* Can't call OSD menu. Support didn't help me at all. "Dell On Screen Display"application installed, but button only turn off display. BIOS option "Enable/Disable OSD" work correctly: if "Disable" - pushing this button do not have any affect; if "Enable" - pushing this button only turn off display. Again "Dell On Screen Display"application installed, i tried reinstall it several timese, but there was no any affect.
So, without OSD menu I can't adjust display settings.
How can i Fix this issue? By the way BIOS version actual: 1.1.1.

* Second problem, I think it's based on first one, I can't use build in display as monitor for other source (Dell Optiplex 3070 Micro). 5270 AiO has dual use DP (DP++), so it's seems to me I can be able to chose source for display DP or internal PC...

Please help.

There are no hdmi or other video inputs on your all in one. You cannot use the all in one display as a monitor. Display Port is one way--output for external monitors not input.  Right click on the desktop to select display settings to change settings.

Check the Manual--
