Optiplex 9020 BIOS update loses existing M2 SSD boot.

After upgrading my 9020 with Dell suggested BIOS upgrade, the M2 SSD is only visible as a storage device but not as a boot option. Have re-installed HD in order to boot but am having to update all the software.
