Optiplex, no fan control

Yeah and that's the problem.  1) They use unique mounts for every motherboard. 2) They don't let you control any of the fans installed EVEN FROM BIOS. 3) The only stuff you can work out with BIOS is CPU performance, the rest is practically useless. I'm about to swap out all these fans for noctua ones. Hopefully they will be quieter.
