USB Storage does not appear in boot sequence Dell OptiPlex 3080

Hey there is these new computer Dell OptiPlex 3080 used it for three month and it has a blue screen I used the repair tool opened CMD and backup my files. then I prepared a bootable flash with windows 10 version 1909. put the flash stick in and started the computers and pressed F12 to get the boot options but the USB doesn't show. so in the bios it there was an option that says SupportAssist OS Recovery it downloaded a 700mb image the auto restarted the computer and it tried to fix it but an error showed sayin we can't seem to fix the issue. then the blue screen problem persisted and it keeps restarting and I couldn't even get to advance repair option now. then I reset the bios to default and now the hard disk is not showing on the boot sequence nor the USB what should I do am stuck

You need to prepare the bootable USB with UEFI mode (GPT) to make it visible in boot options (F12)

By reset the BIOS to default, you may have changed SATA operation mode to RAID, you can verify and changing it to AHCI, it may get your hard disk visible again.

Hi, I'm having this similiar issue where my USB is not being detected in the boot sequence or bios, i'm currently getting no boot devices found. Im using a dell latitude 7490, the USB is 16gb, has a bootable version of windows made with windows media creation tool as a FAT32 which is compatible with my SATA mode as its set to AHCI, and I've tried both EUFI and legacy external for boot options.
