Please post the model of your computer. If you search for the system drivers here and there are no Windows 7 Drivers your would need to search the internet for possible drivers for the hardware in your computer.

Thanks Jesse... I figgured that one out, now I have a yellow exclamation point in PCI S e r i a l Port & PCI Simple Communications Controller in Device Manager.  I've read where it's a chipset driver issue... not sure.  Whatcha think?

Step 1.Open Device Manager by pressing Win+R and typing devmgmt.msc and hitting Enter.

Step 2. Find the device which has no drivers, right click it, and select Properties.

Step 3. Navigate to the Details tab, and click the drop down list where it says "device description".

Step 4. Find "Hardware IDs".

Step 5. You will see something like "PCI\VEN_1969&DEV_E091&CC_020000" or "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8CB1&SUBSYS_79171462". Right click on the second item in that list and copy it.

Step 6. Open your browser and paste and search Google for that block of text.

Step 7. The website I use is Driver Identifier, it's a free website created by one guy and his brother. It will list all of the drivers available and is usually one of the first results. You can use any driver you find, but as the website itself warns, none off them are guaranteed to work.

Download the AMT HECI driver ("PCI Simple Communications Controller")
and the AMT SOL/LMS driver ("PCI S-e-r-i-a-l Port").
