Dell 17 1749 will not power on

I have another Studio 1749 with that flashes three times when the power cord is connected. No POST. Nothing.  I pulled the RAM--no change. Reseated it--no change.  I have replaced the mother board and the battery.  Is it possibly a manufacturing defect or component defect that is just manifesting now?

I will say from day one this laptop was giving me a CPU warning I made a couple of calls to Dell could not get rid of that warning now I have a Laptop that paid to much for to only get  two years out of  and look like it cant be fixed
