The T130 is limited to using Unbuffered Dimms (Udimm) only, as specified on page 19 here., so Registered Dimms (Rdimms) are not supported.

Both of your Hynix and Samsung modules are UDIMM.  They won't work when you mixed with Micron RDIMM.  You will need UDIMM memory for your T130.

I also have a Dell T130 and would like to upgrade memory. the question is whether the memory has to be UDIMM or could it also work with RDIMM?
