Part number of the ( system ) feet for a PowerEdge T640

good morning,

the context: there is a PowerEdge T640 without ( system ) feet.

the problem: I would like to purchase the feet.

the question: how do I find the part number of the feet?

Hi,  As I can see T640 supports different backplane configuration options, including 16 x 2.5-inch SAS/SATA/SSD drives with 8 x NVME drives. This means that you can use the backplane to connect up to 8 u.2 nvme drives, as long as you have the appropriate cables and controllers. (https://dell.to/3LzK2u3

Dell PowerEdge T640 overview

  • Up to 4 GPUs
  • Two hot swappable power supply units
  • Drive configurations up to:
    • 18 x 3.5 inch SAS/SATA/SSD drives
    • 8 x 3.5 inch SAS/SATA/SSD drives
    • 32 x 2.5 inch SAS/SATA/SSDdrives
    • 16 x 2.5 inch SAS/SATA/SSD drives with 8 x NVME drives
    • 16 x 2.5 inch SAS/SATA/SSD drives

I found some part numbers but I would suggest to you please consult sales team to avoid any issue. Because as a technician team member this ppids belong to spare part system.

oh... well, since I have the 8 x 3.5 model then it looks like I don't have an option to use nvme drives. Do I understand it correctly?
