Hi no new hardware added.
Last week we updated Microsoft updates and rebooted, it rebooted normally and it was working good last 3-4 days.
When I come today to office saw screen stuck.
I tried rebooting 2-3 times however stuck on same screen

Hi @vkt3012,
If you have iDRAC access, try checking the hardware logs for any traces of the issue that causing your server not able to boot into OS.
Have you tried power drain the server? Ref: https://dell.to/3m06534
You can also try the suggested method by YoungAh.

You should still be able to get into the idrac to see what is wrong regardless of if the host booted or not.
Default ip is 192.168.0.120
user name is 'root'
password is 'calvin'

Hello vkt3012,
If the DRAC is at defaults; you can direct connect to the iDRAC.
The default iDRAC IP is 192.168.0.120, subnet 255.255.255.0 user:root, password:calvin
Set your notebook to 192.168.0.121, subnet 255.255.255.0
Direct connect the notebook ethernet port to the iDRAC port.
Have you drained the power from the system?
drain flea power (shut down, disconnect power cables and Network cables, hold in power button 20 seconds with cords removed). After flea power drain, system has to set for 3 minutes for DRAC to reset without any power plugged in, then plug in NIC and power but wait 2 minutes before power on to give DRAC time to initialize.

Hello,
as you can see in the logs there is error on CPU1. Also no information from the PERC controller but this is because the server didn't complete the post.
I suggest you to check this article and proceed with those steps, and if there is still issue contact technical support for an estimate.
Dell PowerEdge: Troubleshooting a Server that does not start (No Power, No POST, No Boot and No Video) | Dell US

Thanks Macro B for response.
I can see error in storage; however, I could not understand it.
CPU status looks good in snaps.
I will try steps. for "Troubleshooting No POST on a Dell PowerEdge Server".
Thanks,
Vinod.

Hello,
if you didn't solve with the article I sent you, then you have to contact tech support in order to receive an estimate and replace hardware.
Thanks
