RAC0501 - There are no physical disks to be displayed. Was working fine until a Racreset

Hi,

I have an XC730xd-12 server.  Everything was fine except that when I went into the iDrac, and went to the Storage area, the icons by each Hard Drive were showing as ?.  I have a drive that is in Predicted Failure, but it didn't show the icons so I couldn't tell there was a problem at first glance.  It looks like the image in this Reddit post:

https://www.reddit.com/r/Dell/comments/atkufw/t320_idrac7_disk_health_icons/

Based on the person's success there, I did a Racadm Racreset from within the OS. When I went back into the iDrac to check the drives, I now don't see any drives at all.

I have this on the main Storage section:

And this on the Physical Disks page:

This server runs Windows and is working fine.  It's on.  I'm remoted into it.  It's having no issues.  I tried another Racreset and a Racreset Hard but nothing changed.

Is there something else I can try to get these pages to show correctly?

Thanks.

Hello,

So I see that you are using a Nutanix HCI system:

And it looks like idrac isn’t working as expected- In this case I recommend power drain (where you remove the power cable from the outlet as well).

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
