T130 slow write speed for USB 3.0 external drives

As a record, problem fixed after few days manipulating, solution is to change iDrac setting > USB setting to "...OS only", not automatic and not other.

Problem symptoms:
After finish installing Windows Server Standard 2016, updated Dell drivers, updated Windows system, setup domain controller, software etc. Finally when come to backup software, bought 3 units new Seagate 3.0TB Backup Plus desktop size external drives, found the write speed very slow, CrystalDiskMark show read speed 182MB/s, write speed 18.51MB/s, external drives was connected to Intel USB 3.0 ports, tried front and back port, same slow. Interestingly, the previous old server WD 2.0TB external backup drive, speed is ok with 100MB/s write.
Found out the new Windows 8 onward, USB 3.0 uses UASP mode instead of BOT mode, as I notice the old WD 2.0TB external drive was show as "USB disk" in device manager, while new Seagate 3.0TB as "SCSI disk device". Google "USB 3.0 slow speed in windows 10", as no result from Windows 2016, tried most solution, update chipset, remove USB controller to re-detect, still not working. Already with latest BIOS 2.5.0 since open box 1st thing to do.
Lastly just now, try boot into BIOS, nothing about USB 3.0 setting, boot into iDrac setting, saw the USB setting that have something like "....use OS only", change from the default "automatic" to the "... use OS only". Boot to Window server, run CrystalDiskMark again, now all 3 x new Seagate 3.0TB external backup plus desktop drives write speed up to 140MB/s.
Side note, also using TPLink 7 ports USB 3.0 hub, speed also up to 140MB/s, as the backup only running one at a time, connecting multiple external drive (self powered by adapter) with USB 3.0 hub is not a problem for my case.
