Can't click APPLY CHANGES for changing boot device in Controller Settings in PERC H710

You should be able to use the arrow keys and tab key to navigate the controller BIOS:

If you are using those keys and it's not working try drain flea power and check results.

(shut down, disconnect power cables and Network cables, hold in power button 20 seconds with cords removed).

After flea power drain, system has to set for 3 minutes for DRAC to reset without any power plugged in,

Then plug in NIC and power but wait 2 minutes before power on to give DRAC time to initialize.

Also Try Spacebar

Spacebar Press the <spacebar> to select an item. Press the <spacebar> to select or deselect a controller setting in the Ctrl Mgmt View.
