Dell R350 - "No Boot Device Available" & Boot Driver Configuration Issue

Hello,

I have a Dell PowerEdge R350 that unexpectedly shut down on 2/14. When I arrived at the office to investigate, I found a black screen displaying a "No Boot Device Available" message (screenshot attached).

I attempted to retry the boot order by pressing F1, but it did not work. After rebooting again, I received a message stating that "one or more boot drivers require configuration changes" (screenshot attached) and was prompted to press any key to continue.

Upon pressing a key, the system took me to a screen displaying "Broadcom EFI SAS Driver, PERC H755 Adapter."

Additionally, whenever I press F10 to enter Lifecycle Controller, it does not work. I also attempted to access iDRAC, but that did not work either. To troubleshoot, I set a static IP address on my laptop to connect to 192.168.0.120 for iDRAC, but I was still unable to establish a connection.

I would appreciate any guidance on troubleshooting and resolving this issue. Thank you!

Thanks! I worked with support over the phone and resolved the issue. The BIOS and firmware were outdated, and the iDRAC had never been configured, with its firmware also out of date. We manually updated the iDRAC, BIOS, networking, and RAID using Dell iSM. Since we're not using iDRAC, we configured the server to receive updates through the OS to prevent this issue from recurring.

easy thing to try, press F2 to enter the bios, go down to boot settings and try changing boot to UEFI mode.

That doesn't work when I press f2 or f10 or any of the function keys it does not work. It will say entering system setup then show the screen saying one or more boot drivers have reported issues.
