Perc h730 Raid1 Virtual Disk lost after reboot. Disk0-Foreign Config/Disk1-Ready

I have a Poweredge t430 with Perc h730 connected to backplane with hot-swap drives.  I had Raid1 virtual disks.  VD0: OSDisk (01:00/01:01)- (2) 250gb SSD's. VD1:DataDisk (01:02/01:03) - (2)4tb SATA HDD's.  During a simple routine reboot, the lifecycle controller reported no VD1, Did not find disk 02 and disk 03 was "Ready" even though both lights were green.  I restarted again and the lifecycle controller reports disk 02:foreign and 03:Ready.  After running the Foreign Confg Preview it shows

Physical Disks AFTER import

01:02 (foreign)Online

Virtual Disks AFTER import

VD1:Raid1:Degraded. Import Warning possible outdated physical disk data. Insert missing Physical Disk before importing the configuration.

What am I supposed to do?  Import the config?  Will that bring the other disk out of "Ready" status back into the VD and rebuild it?  Why does the disk that reported missing have the foreign config and the disk that never went offline show "Ready"(as if it was never in the VD at all)  and does that mean the 3tb of data on that disk is gone?  The whole point of creating a VD (specifically raid1) is for redundancy. Yet a simple reboot and I'm possibly looking at total data loss?

It get's better... My 3yrs of Premium Support (which i never used btw) expired 2 years ago so I thought I would call Dell Support to see what they might be able to do, thinking I might have to pay a small fee.  They won't even talk to me unless I pay $1,000 for 2hrs of support.  Any help here would greatly be appreciated since All of the documentation from Dell that I can find regarding importing foreign configs assumes ALL drives are present with foreign configs available.

Hi,

If disk 02 is detected as foreign, import its configuration. Since disk 01:02 is showing as foreign, you can try importing the foreign configuration. This process should recognize the RAID configuration and attempt to bring the virtual disk back online. Monitor the rebuild process to ensure successful data recovery. Make sure your PERC H730 firmware is up to date. If the import is successful, the RAID array should automatically start rebuilding, restoring the data from the remaining physical disk to the newly imported disk.

I found a link for you. You may try that on the article however, there’s a risk of data loss, so proceed with caution.   Dell PowerEdge R730 PERC RAID online reconfiguration - KIERI SOLUTIONS

Hope that helps!
