Anish87,
The issue is likely that the server is out of date. What I would recommend is updating to current on the servers BIOS, iDrac, raid controller, and specifically the backplane. Then verify if the alert is still present. You can locate the updates here.
Let me know what you see after the update.

good morning.
I have the same problem, but I can't find the backplane firmware,
plus I don't know if it's connected I have experienced a noticeable slowdown in the whole system.
Thanks

AntoCo,
The link for the backplane was in my previous message, you can also find it here. As far as the system slow down I would look at updating the remainder of the server, which you can use Server Update Utility (SUU) to do.
Something to look out for is if the BIOS and iDrac are multiple updates behind, if so then you would NOT want to update to the latest, as it can cause issues. You would want to walk the BIOS AND iDrac up together, in steps.
Let me know if this helps.

Good morning
Thanks for the quick reply, I expressed myself badly, I downloaded the various updates indicated but in the backplane link it gives me only the .inf files and then the drivers for windows, but there are no firmware updates, which I cannot find. I read some posts that on some occasions the openmanager gives this report, Could it be true?

Hello,
I confirm the link is only for the windows drivers, there is no firmware updates for the backplane.
All other firmware are updated?
Thanks

Hello,
I see that in the previous image idrac and bios update are downloaded but not yet updated.
If you already updated it, then i would concentrate troubleshooting at the hardware point of view. At first i can propose you to try to disconnect and then reconnect the backplane cables.
You can see the guide at pag 146 of this manual
https://dell.to/3kKbCs8
If it won't solve the issue, then i think that probably the backplane has some hardware issues.
Please let me know if you need more support.
Thanks

AntoCo,
Also, would you try to restart OMSA services for me?
You would need to close OMSA, then stop the four DSM services in Windows Services.
DSM SA Connection Service
DSM SA Data Manager
DSM SA Event Manager
DSM SA Shared Services
Restart the services and re launch OMSA to check results.
Beyond trying to restart OMSA services, you can also try to clear cache, different browsers, and lastly try to repair/reinstall OMSA.
Let me know what you see.

Good morning. today i checked the controller and backplane connectors, and various disk connections but the problem persists, the downgrade suggested by the software is related to the idrac from my 2.92 to 2.90 and BIOS from 6.6 to 6.4. Any suggestions thanks
