PR1011 fault detected on drive 8 in disk drive bay 1
Hello We are using Dell R730 at office. Currently as message is shown that PR1011 fault detected on drive 8 in disk drive bay 1. I have attached the screenshots for more information. Does this indicate a serious malfunction ?
Also seeing Green and Amber lights are also constantly blinking

Hello,
I would first recommend to consider the status of your backup. If this is critical data and you don't have a backup then you may need to consider a data recovery company.
The screen shot show shows drives 02-09 as Failed.
They don't appear to be Dell drives, so we can't guarantee their compatibility.
Initially you may try shut down, unseat drives 02-09 .
Boot up to the controller BIOS to confirm they are not there.
Exit controller, shut down and reinsert all the drives.
Power up and enter the controller to check if they import automatically or if there is a foreign configuration you can import.
Take a review of your LifeCycle Controller log and iDRAC System Event log (SEL) for any error related to these drives.
