Rebuild on BackPlane

Using the server as normal and allowing it to rebuild in the background is completely fine. The important thing to be aware of is that you'll likely see slower performance from the controller, until the rebuild completes. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Thank you for your answer. It was successfully rebuilt. I'll take the opportunity to ask if the above-mentioned configuration does not like hgst disks? When I connect a 12TB disk to the server, I see only 1/10 of its capacity, i.e. about 1.8TB, and not 12TB.

for bigger drives the BIOS must be updated and then a UEFI installation of Windows should be done.

You should Update Firmware and IDRAC, too.

i Have lastest FW - BIOS, iDrac and i use Debian. 
I can see 1/10 of capacity In my Perc H310Mini controller.

A few important points are we can check here. Are you using a dell certified drive? Where do you see the capacity of this disk, is it in the PERC menu or in the operating system? If it is in the operating system, Debian is not among the supported OSs. (https://dell.to/2IQM0Jn)

But I think it may be mostly "boot mode" because when you say 1.8TB, the full limit is the legacy limit. (Drives that are not in GPT format support maximum 2TB in MBR format) Can you check the "boot mode" in the BIOS, if the BIOS mode is selected, it may see the capacity up to 2TB. It is important to select "UEFI" when using more than 2TB capacity. Also, can you check if the PERC card FW is up to date https://dell.to/3nngotR
